How I Got To Serbia

I booked the evening train from Sofia to Belgrade leaving at 8:15pm.

The sovjet looking building surprised me with free WiFi Internet which helped me to recall from the hostel address from my inbox. Yeah, doing things on the rush may cause problems.

And here you go...my travel buddy Alex can't take the train from Bucharest to Belgrade. Looks like Romanian railway is more notorious than the Bulgarian one. And he will need to fly instead.

The train consists of only two wagons looking very identical to the picture.

But on the other hand the 3 strangers I met in the car were nice company. A Bulgarian elder man who travelled a lot around Europe and with affinity to mountaineering, a 35+ female dentist and a Russian speaking Japan  아저씨 who travels around eastern Europe exclusively by train.

4:40am the train finally approached Belgrade railway station. Have a wake up coffee with my new friends.
